The South Africa Uncorked course is 4 weeks long, and is also hosted on Zoom. It is a course designed to help explain the different growing areas in South Africa, describing the climates, soils, histories and which grape varieties to look at from those areas. We focus on Constantia, Elgin, Stellenbosch, Franschhoek, Paarl, Swartland, Robertson and Walker Bay.
